Please note that we only accept returns if the items purchased are faulty or not as described. If the order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send me an email immediately so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the email, include a short description of the problem, order number and images of the damaged product. Any faulty or damaged returns must be finalized and sent back within 5 working days.
